The staff in here must really hate their jobs, every time I have to endure spending my money there (after hours) I regret it, they never smile, are abrupt and condescending.Fancy making people who are not sick wear masks, I'm standing next to their fancy virus killing machine, while handing over a disco beeper thing that goes straight back into the slot with no sanitizing, then the staff accept cash (the filthiest virus laden thing passed around) and don't sanitize. Ironic.Won't be going there again in my lifetime.

Great range, but prescriptions can be a bit of a wait and I have had a few errors in that department but they have good sale deals, discount bins and beauty products only Farmers has. Great great gifts. From underwear, teeth whitening, to protein powder, perfume and vitamins. Also they do beauty therapy treatments. This chemist has the most flexible hours is open much later than others and some weekends and half day public hols etc.

Your not allowed in here without a mask. Even after you have just been in the hospital without a mask. It's not a law or a mandate anymore yet they are forcing people to wear masks or they refuse to sell medication. This is not okay.

I have used this pharmacy for a while and often. I have occasionally found the person serving me to be terse and a bit rude. I have each time given them the benefit of the doubt and not said anything. When you work in customer service of any kind being polite is a given, even if you are having a bad day! Particularly in your situation as you are mostly dealing with the vulnerable or sick. If you dont like your job leave, if there is some other reason for your behavior self evaluation is needed. Instead of the short walk to here, I will in the future, get in my car and go elsewhere.

My 18 year old daughter's ear drum burst today, following a horrible bacterial ear infection. Doctor in the morning, A and E by 4.00pm. Thank you Melina for explaining the medications prescribed. I have been a customer for many years and always loved this local pharmacy, but during my most recent visit I was blowen away by the level of service I received. I was served by a lady (I believe called purple) and she went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. My script had not come through, she took my details so she could inform me when it did, by close of business it had not come in she rung me to inform me of this. The following day as soon as it had come in she rung me and advised me of a suitable collection time. This level of service was beyond my expectations and deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you purple, Adam and Melina for doing such a great job servicing our community especially during these difficult times.Joe.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and are always stocked up with so many options. Costs are very competitive and I even buy gifts here. There is a huge range of make up also. Also if you go here and wait for your script you get a discount at Fitzies bakery too.
