A first time buyer been taken advantage of.Bought the property 4 years ago through Jenny Martin. I paid nearly 20k more than I wanted too. The Mike pero advert said a quiet street" oh deary me.4 years of dirt bikes up & down the street. Drug streets either side of our street. The Whangarei hospital helicopter flight path directly above our house 24hrs a day.Quiet Jenny "really".The property advert said "potential do up".In 4 years

Do NOT sell with them, I made an offer to buy a house & they did not even present the offer (generous more than what houses sold nearby). After complaining I have just be told good luck & go and enjoy the sunshine!! Good luck to them.
