Received my items pretty fast, love my crocs, will order again

Just seen the 2 star views on facebook and seem to be a common theme of Crocs taking great pleasure in the fact that their warranty is only 12 weeks and they make decisions not to help after that. Very strange measly customer support. Feel like a victim after dealing with their customer services. Other nz companies pride themselves on putting things right, with Crocs it's very much an us/them scenario. Glad it's not just me after seeing the poor facebook reviews. Lots of work to do here Crocs! Remember your customers are your bread and butter. Another review placed yesterday was taken down by Crocs, nothing offensive, no bad language but clearly Crocs didn't like that! Just shows the type of organisation they are, it's almost creepy!

Edited: Still love the product, quality is very high. The customer service team did reach out and solve this issue which is great. Did take awhile but in the end everything has been sorted. Thank you.Love the product but ordered multiple items, one didnt show up so got offered an option of a refund or another product so i replied with what i wanted and havent heard anything since. Order was originally placed on the 2nd of October. Its been a month and a half no email response after multiple emails have been sent from me and messaged on FB too.
