My BabyCity cup straws got mould in them. They are a closed loop straw so humidity and liquid gets trapped in the middle of it. I contacted customer support and they were rude and wouldn't refund. This product is impossible to clean hygienically and is simply dangerous for children and infants. They should not be selling a product that cannot be properly cleaned with what is provided and will cause harm to kids. Be very careful with this compay

Worst experience ever... been ordered/payed for an item since queens bday, and they promised would call us to pick up, end up no calls at all... When I got to the shop, they told us the person who served us was a trainee...(well, I would say she was the most experienced employee there) Come on, dun push the responsibility to someone else, I am blaming the whole SHOP, not the individual! I should've wait for 2-3 more months before I come, and see what would they say! Sad customer service...

DO NOT BUY PRAMS FROMTHIS STORE!We brought the mountain buggy urban jungle from Babycity last Easter 2022 as we got a good discounted price on sale. Our baby was born in September 2022. We had only been using the pram for 6 months and the breaks broke down on us. We took it back to the store to see what they can do and they said they would fix it. It took 3 weeks to hear back from Babycity so we wrote and email saying we would please like a refund as the pram is faulty and not safe for our baby. I’ve been fighting with the company as the Consumers Guarantee Act said we are eligible for a refund as it’s an unsafe product. The company refuses to do a refund or exchange (manager offered an exchange) Highly disappointed in this company as they will not accommodate for their customers and not follow the consumer guarantee act guidelines. Extremely disappointed in Lorraine (regional manager) as I feel she does not understand how we feel about our situation. The fact that they are giving our pram back to us haunts me as I would hate for the pram to break again in 6 months. What if we are crossing the road and the breaks broke and we got hit by a car? Very scary. Lorraine knows everything we have discussed and as a mother I am high disappointed and sad with her final answer. To the manager, please don’t promise an exchange if you can’t keep your promise. I hope you all can make your other customers happy.I will not be shopping at Babycity ever again.

This review should be wrote a year ago. Experience with poor customer service when I asked for faulty products refund. Two staffs were rude and unhelpful. One of it yelled loudly on my family with my infant. The other one grabbed my husband shirt. Behave like a gangster. Escalated the complaint to the company with someone called me in 5 minutes for apologize. Then end the story. So sad and never experience such a poor service before.

Sales lady named Kerri was very helpful. She approached us and demonstrated how to use one of the strollers we were looking at. We’re still shopping around but will return to this branch if we make our final decision

Was served this afternoon by a lovely lady (didnt get her name - she was wearing glasses) who took me and my husband through both the Mountain Buggy and Baby Jogger prams discussing the features and making sure we chose the right running pram for us. She was really knowledgeable and helped us decide! Thanks so much

We love buying clothes from Baby City which has a great selection of high quality clothing.Staff are always friendly and helpful when we walk into the store. Had the pleasure of being helped by Dawn (I think that was her name!) today when looking for info on car seats. I never usually post reviews, but she was so incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and more! Me and my mum were so impressed and thankful!
