Disappointing. Burgers sat for 10+ mins under the heat lamps coz we forgot to cook the chips, then the chips sat coz we forgot to cook the onion rings. Yes, they gave me back $10, but only after I questioned what was happening, and suggested they could have said 'sorry' sooner. The Cabbie burger for $17.90 was all salad and bun and little else, and the onion rings were just burnt batter.

Had to wait for 5min despite we coming 10min later than the designated pickup time.The $7+ Chips didn't even fill to halfway, they were completely soggy, as if they've been sitting there for a long time.The mini burger was Far too small for a price of $18.60!Never coming back again.

My partner and a ordered the bbq beef and bacon burger and the cabbie burger. Both were cooked to perfection, were super juicy and filling. We had a side of fries with the garlic mayo which were hot crispy and also delicious. Well worth their price.

Latest visit was well below past experience. We turned up on time to pick the order up and then waited an additional 20 mins. Wouldn't have mattered so much except we had hot food in the car going cold. When the delivery arrived we were short a burger so that left us scrambling at home to find tea for one of our kids. We rang and complained and got a credit but not sure we will ever use it. I suspect the franchise owner may have changed? Its a shame because the burgers are great.

Got 2 serves of chips at $5.50ea incl. Sauce. I watched the guy serving me put some cold looking chips into packs which weren't even half full, then he put half a scoop of frozen chips into the fryer and topped my chips up with half cooked chips. Absolutely shocking. Never going here again and would not recommend. Photo shows just how low the tide was on the worst chips I've ever had.

Meal took ages to cook. The food when we got it was mediciore, it was pretty bland and the bun was definitely not toasted and the paddie wasn't juicy just dry. Food took over 25 mins to cook. Not going back at all. mc Donald's would of been tastier and cheaper

Have always loved BW and have gone to this particular restaurant for years. But obviously changed hands as it was so disappointing, burgers were a dry mushy mess, chicken tenders and onion rings over cooked. We couldn’t even eat the food it was terrible. Won’t be going back.

Man what happened to this placeUsed to be consistently good, alas it's now average at best.A month ago ordered my regular Wisconsin w cheese and it was almost inedible, beef pattie definitely microwaved prior to grilling.I thought this was a one off, and because it was ordered through delivereasy I thought I'd try again tonight and pick up instead.Sadly it was just as bad, solid stiff pattie, hard to chew or swallow.Won't be back

Meal wasn’t good. Chips were under cooked, chicken tenders were overcooked. Meat patties were dry and chewy. They haven’t been the same since they changed owners

No complaints. The burgers are insanely good.
