Just brought some hobby paint great range staff were so helpful friendly got good advice when I paint my house I'll be buying my paint there for sure

Cold atmosphere, further let down by uninterested staff.Won't be going there again.Took my business to Guthrie bowron and got excellent service.

Pity the worker was so grumpy that I came in 30 mins before closing, muttering that they close earlier than advertised when it's quiet.

Must have got the same salesperson as rude, unpleasant and uneasonable. She made an error in the order but insisted it was my mistake and became antagonistic and then said the other assistant had heard me order the wrong item - this person was not part of our conversation or even in the same room. Will not go back as there was no need for her ill mannered behaviour.

Went to Resene Color Shop with a lady to select paint and other products for her beautiful home on the Thames Coast. There were no other customers in the shop, but when we politely asked for help to find a product in the shop, the owner had a complete meltdown, ranting, angry and hysterical... and in a shrill screaming voice, stated she was too busy to serve us, and didn't like to be interrupted... etc.Another customer walked in, and the owner hurried to help them, gushing with a false sweet greeting,After finding our painting needs without help, the owner wouldnt even going to serve us at the till, eventually a young shop assistant appeared.Such an abusive experience, the Thames shop should be renamed Resent Color Chop. id rather make paint out of beetroot than go there again

Terrible shop. Use Resene shops in Auckland and find them helpful etc, but this place terrible.Went there twice and found assistants unhelpful and had poor knowledge. Asked for advice but told instructions on back of cans, and told all at my own risk? Both women rude and unhelpful.Hopefully there is a Dulux shop in Thames .

Good stock in shop. Sometimes the lady is not the friendliest person in the world thou! Hence not 5 stars! ( not just me saying that - have heard alot of comments around town & have wittnessed it myself when I was an interior design student and apparently asked her the wrong question regarding samples I required for my studies!)

Went in for 4ltrs of Poly...was out of stock. Ordered in for me...got it less than 24hrs later.Epic amazing service.Thank-you heaps.
