My mother was only at this facility for a few weeks at the end of her life. Staff were wonderfully caring, knew family by name and I had no hesitation in leaving mum in their care. Fantastic facilities and a beautiful environment. Staff went the extra mile , setting up a table in her room each week for bridge parties when she was no longer mobile and getting snacks sent over from Cafe. A home as well as a hospital.

From what I saw a great looking village, the units were decked out very nice.... I'm a tradie.... I know what to look for.Staff were awesome, residents looked chilled and happy.Beautiful looking grounds.

Incredibly rude receptionist gave a bad impression of the place, yelling at my 90 year old Grandmother. The woman I was visiting said she has been rude to many of her other guests including her daughter and grandchildren also, which is incredibly disappointing. All the other staff seem lovely and the place was well maintained.

Wonderful restaurant The Abode. Need to be invited by a resident. A quiet environment do a good place for small groups who want to chat over coffee or s meal.

Nice canteen / cafe shop inside the Rest Home in Burnside . This cafe shop is not open to public and fully open to the elderly living in this Rest Homes . Big and nice living area , similar to hotel . Table delivery services is okay , the counter services are normal standard . The quantity and quality of foods and drinks are okay and acceptable , so the price is very high . I like to take lunch and or coffee at the cafe shop .

Beautiful buildings and great amenities. Felt like a 5 star hotel to visit. The apartments are also great and offer a decent amount of space and garden.

Delightful, well kept gardens,. An excellent restaurant, spacious, with comfortable seating both around coffee and dining tables. Very good choices on the menu, and excellent table service. Enjoyed by all.

Wonderful well maintained village with so many friendly staff here at the Russley Retirement village. The people are all so nice & including our retiree's.
