We were based there for 3 nights we had had good response from management. However just lije to add the apartments need good cleaning esiecislky the kitchen and also needs to Be replaced with new utensils pots etc the outside needs attention as well

I have been to this motel moro then 2 time it is good clean well stocked. Orsome management. Walking distance to PUD aND park and shopping . Beach too. But gas station in brown day closer to early.

An amazing stay. The Manager Kuni not only was courteous but truly appreciated his professionalism and respect he has shown while on our stay. Thank you so much for your assistance and attention. Also Thank you to another staff member Yukiko who always had a beautiful smile while collecting and changing linen. The staff are to be commended on treating us like royalty.I will miss them and will definitely recommend this wonderful place to everyone so you may experience the same treatment.Thank you

I have just now learned that what I posted previously is not true! I did not get bed bugs at the hotel. So, in general the hotel was quite adequate. I have no complaints. Please pardon me for my previous post.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, absolutely disgusting and dishonest about their website and you are unable to have a freezer or fridge there isn’t enough space. The manager said he can supply a freezer but failed to supply.

Amazing hospitality from staff And Management.. Rooms are decent enough and any problems have been addressed promptly with Great communication and also left with the sense that the staff an management actually care and are really nice people also with a beautiful 2 minute walking distance from the tennis courts and ell reserve full of hungry ells then only a 5 minute walk away From Amazing Browns Bay you couldn't get or find a better Resort in the area !!!

Seems like new management, we got good service, nice rooms, comfortable bed- no issues- it was busy but they accommodated us without delay. (Some extra's like hot chocolate, really nice towels & bedding really clean, free wi-if) all the amenities of home, in fact we're going to stay there again- recommended.
