Really disappointed in customer service over the phone. Asked kindly for advice about something faulty with a product we bought with them. Was met with an attitude by someone who clearly wasn’t having a good day at work today. Totally understand that it can be like that sometimes but it would be nice to at least have someone pretend to care lol. Thanks :)

Not quite a month ago 29/1I took my Dyson to the service desk as it’s stopped working and then I had to call to follow up as never got a Call back when promised.I then called every week to find out what was happening. No one called back when they said they would.Last call to Harveys said they would look at credit replacement or product replacement and were waiting on a phone call from the insurance bright something.Just had a phone call from their insurance company (as I paid an extra hundred dollars for their so called product care replacement)Last call to Harveys said they would look at credit replacement or product replacement and were waiting on a phone call from the insurance bright somethingClearly not worth paying for this insurance as I was informed I’m getting a battery replacement only. (Dyson would have done this free) They not sure on when that will be.I thought 4 weeks was enough to wait for but no still waiting.Sick of borrowing my daughters one.Feel totally ripped off and still paying off the Dyson :(

Awful experience. I rang the product care phone number due to my headphones being faulty, they gave me a claim number to take to the store to get a replacement. Easy.However, when I arrived I had to wait over half an hour while no one really explained what was going on and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Eventually, I was told I'd have to come back on Monday because product care had closed; but I had already got the claim number from them??I was told the headphones were out of stock and I offered to pay extra for a better in stock pair but they were not interested in showing me any.On Monday I was called to say I could collect my replacement, when I asked if they were in stock now the person hadn't even checked and had to call me back saying they were still out of stock. I then proceeded to get called by them 6 times that day to arrange a replacement from Nelson, but they never called me back about the price of the product care on the replacement.It has now been two weeks and I haven't been told my replacement has arrived, I just called the store and got transferred 4 times before getting hung up on. If this is how you treat your customers who pay extra for product care, I'd hate to see how you treat the customers who don't.

LAUREN WILSON is amazing. We made a warranty claim on our fridge/freezer, having fear of how we were going to keep our food stored until people could come out to assess the claim, and having 3 kids under the age of 6 I started feeling stressed, having not told her about our situation, she made sure to give us the best help possible, and had a loan fridge sent to us the next day.
