Consistent fast & friendly service. Orders are always correct, food is great most of the time, but sometimes burgers are served with little to no lettuce, or old brown lettuce (this can make people sick) .

Food is standard bk, so pretty nice. Service is good. And I just use drive through so I don't know about atmosphere.

Just crazy slow service for fast food. 2 cars in front of me and took 15 mins, to then forget the the sauce for the chicken nuggets.Food is what you expect out of a chain. But the staff just seemed to have no leadership by what I could see looking in, everyone doing their own thing.Hopefully the managers will take some time to lead by example. Will wait a few months to go try again and will update review

Normally really good. Great staff and we like the plant based options that BK have. The wait times for the drive through, which is our normal option, are often pretty good, and I like the fact that the drinks are not choked with ice, like the ones from the double golden arches of dietary doom down the road.

Third time that I cannot just have my lunch because of their system problems and my BK app/account. I won't come back, one time can happens, 3 times in 6 weeks is not acceptable.

Can be a bit hit or miss, with a 50/50 chance of receiving a good quality Whopper, but other burgers generally good. Floors are sometimes too clean, meaning that you end up nearly slipping over even in dry weather. Would be helpful if they kept an eye on the ice in the drinks machine, as most of the times I've been there it's run out. Friendly staff.

Definetely, yes BK is could place of Fast food woth not much effort in preparing, care or love in the meals.However it doesn't mean that meals should be served flavourless or leaving customer to wait until someone decide to ask what happened.Really disappointed

5 out of 6 burgers ordered extra sauce/mayo, 3 had no sauce, and 3 had almost none. Chips were half full and cold and the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned all week. So many items on the menu were sold out and all in all, it was a rather unpleasent visit!
