Dr. Jane is rude. She needs to learn how to speak to patients. She lack communication skills. I went to see her other day and this was my second time she never listen and kind of a in hurry always and rude.

All the professionals are very good nice with patient and visitor but dr Jane who is covering the Monday is very rude the patient and visitors the way she communicate with us is like not good. She was telling me in very rude manner to take my sons shoes off and since I was in that room. Which is not really acceptable and dr lynch is very good I am there since 5 years because he is a very nice person.

Reception lady name Angela is very rude. She slammed the phone to me twice. I bet she got some issues with her self. Very bad experience with this lady.

The doctors and nurses are friendly and go the extra mile for their patients. My kids love going to the doctor. The receptionists are warm and welcoming too and my kids also love them. Couldn't recommend them more.
