Joanna is 10/10 for customer service here. She is always bright and courteous and gives great, efficient customer service - and also Merilee (think that's her name?) is always lovely to deal with :)

The rude staff were very unhelpful. Had a terrible experience there and will no longer go there. Avoid this place if you don't want to be overcharged. Avonhead and Harewood have far better staff at those post offices.

There is a lady there, I'm sorry I don't know her name. Short blondish hair, glasses. Anyway, she is an absolute asset and deserves a pay rise immediately. She's doing the job of three people with grace and accuracy.

The lady with the curly dark hair either hates her job, or doesn’t have any idea about customer service. I politely asked for my customer copy of the tracking number - that she had thrown in the bin. She became very rude and condescending, I was scorned and laughed at for asking for it. On another note, the blonde lady is consistently a legend.

The ladies in this store are SO rude. We always have a bad experience and it’s a shame being our local. They like to make everything difficult. Never have this experience at any other post shop.
