The prices they gave me were very poor. I rang McCauleys on my return home and my doubts were confirmed. They also under weighted some of my articles and when I questioned it they grabbed a few articles and guess what. It was double the weight of their first bill. The default rates set on the computer are very low and when I questioned this, the man said he did not know why. Why are the rates not listed and a list on the counter so you know what there base rate is and why is the computer not kept current daily. My returns were small but being ripped off is not acceptable in any business deal. Ring before you go to ascertain prices and weight you items also. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant but the operation is very suspect. They need to discuss with the customer as you go so the deal is known, prior to going into the office. If they had told me what I was getting from them, I would have walked away and taken the articles. I wanted to support a local business but doubt I will in the future
