Lisa Vooght has been dealing with the aftermath of our cancelled trip due to COVID-19 and she has been amazing. Excellent communication as to where she was at with the refund process - very responsive to our emails and questions. I feel like Lisa went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we could back at a time when she was extremely busy. Lisa has made a very stressful time for us much more bearable. Thanks heaps Lisa!

Jennifer tume was awesome to deal with while organising our honeymoon to Rarotonga. As covid was nearing an end but with restrictions still semi in place she did the best job at reassuring me and helping me understand everything surrounding that. We ended up having the best time and will use her again for our next family holiday! Always available and was quick to respond to any and all of my queries. New Plymouth…Came in first time was told they will send me the details of trip , months later not heard so I went in again and told the lady, she said she will also send details and ring, nearly month later nothing, and then walked in again and they were busy the 3 there did not even acknowledge me for the nearly 5 minutes of standing there,, could of just said something …spend my money at another centre

The team at New Plymouth Flight Center have been amazing to deal with. We booked our Europe flights through them in 2018 for travel in 2019; they made the process so easy! We decided while we were away (2019) we would travel to the states in 2020. Well we all know what happened in 2020!Lisa has been fabulous with the fast responses and keeping us up to date with all the changes/cancelation/refunds that come with the pandemic travel disruptions that the world is living with now.Thank you Lisa for all your help and we will be back in to deal with you again

Was working towards going overseas but having a hard time organising it, I was assisted by Lisa who made the process so easy. We have used Lisa Vooght a few times now for travel bookings. Every time she has been very helpful and kept us informed. We have recommended her to friends who I know have also found Lisa very helpful. During covid-19 we have had to cancel bookings, change bookings and book new flights. Lisa always kept us up to date with what was happening and organised a refund for us which was great. Lisa is very easy to talk to and does her best to find the right deal for you. We will definitely use Lisa again.

Like so many others worldwide my partner and I had our travel plans disrupted by COVID-19. In what has and continues to be a very challenging and uncertain time, Lisa Vooght has been invaluable and has worked tirelessly to obtain credit and refunds on our behalf.
