Secret Spot Hot Tubs Rotorua

Wonderful experience here at Secret spot hot tubs! Beautiful environment where we can truly relax ourselves, enjoying the hot tub while viewing scenery in the open air. Each hot tub is surrounded by bushes which creates a private space. Water temperature is just right. Free drinking water is provided and other drinks can be bought. Changing room is tidy, and the locker is clean too. The bodywash is provided for having a shower. Free lemon water is available just out of the changing room. Good service. Free carpark outside. Booking is recommended.

Friendly and welcoming staff, nice interior decor, good food and beverage menu, modern design washrooms (includes shower gel, hair dryer and lockers). They offer packages that include locker, towels, robes and complimentary drinks. We picked the private tub for two facing part of the red wood forest. Popped by just before noon and it was not crowded. Just a handful of customers and we pretty much had the bathrooms and private area to ourselves. Had a lovely time :) highly recommended. We will come back!!!

Am amazing toamtic spa get away45 minutes max for the spa which is totally okay as it can get very warm in there. The option to have drinks brought out to you is very refreshing and welcomed!If you're in the area and want to come here (kids or no kids) I highly reccomend that you don't skip on this!

Great spot to relax after a long hike or if you just want a mellow afternoon / evening. Hot tubs and facilities are clean, great service at the tub where you can order drinks (alc and non alc), and reasonable prices for what you get. Overall definitely would come back!

The photos and the reality were quite different. I suppose as far as such places go in NZ it was passable, but a lot more thought could have gone into such a new venue, especially in terms of functionality and comfort. The owners should look to Japanese Onsen" for inspiration for their next venture.Other than the price which was really way too high for what it was (45 minutes in a hot tub for $39

I had a wonderful experience at these lovely hot tubs. They provided a perfect relaxation activity after a long hike or mountain biking adventure. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the facilities were impeccably maintained

The not so secret secret spot.Love the hot tubs and a really nice place to just unwind with a drink and some friends. On premise is also Basecamp pub with some food that also looks pretty good although we didn't eat here .All up great spot to visit. Perhaps maybe not as much privacy you might expect from the name and some of the pics they uploaded.

Such a relaxing experience! Highly recommend, gorgeous views and wonderful staff. Only problem was trying to decide whether to keep eyes open and enjoy the view, or close the eyes and give him to the relaxation of the spa.

Perfect. Best activity during our long weekend in Rotorua. They really think of everything here; you get a key to a locker, showers with soap, a covered box next to the spa that you can keep your things (towel) out of the rain and there’s water next to the spa. Best thing was you get drinks delivered to your spa. The spas aren’t spaced out that far; you can hear the neighbors but it’s secluded enough to make you feel like you’re in Ubud. 45 minutes booking was more than enough. The spa light did attract insects but there’s a net next to the spa. Book in advance, on the day we went it was booked out from midday.
