Terrible customer service. Still waiting on a quote since 24th January 2023 when we had a second site visit. After numerous attempts to enquire about our quote, I was given the runaround by Adrian and Robby. Still no quote to this day. Waste of time.

Thank you Team for another memorable experience!I made contact with Andrew Clark to see if he can assist with installing the same carpet brand that we had previously installed and we were in a rush to get it done after a stressful lock-down.Andrew and his team went above and beyond sourcing out from Auckland as it wasn't in stock to get it sent to Christchurch and get it in installed withing 4 days.Also thank you to Damon for phoning to confirm the safety requirements and time of installation.This is what you call SERVICE"Carpet Court is and will be always the only supplier for my family and my friends!"

Have been working with Deb Harrison in finding a solution for my son and his partner's first home. Deb was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. There is a tight timeline with this and she has been able to accommodate us to ensure carpet will be installed as soon as possible. Great service, great price. We were sold carpet w a 5 year life span without being advised. We also paid a fair amount of money. Having approached Carpet Court in Moorhouse Ave directly re this, we received excellent service from Robbie & Andrew. However Andrew was only able to offer a reduced price for fitting new carpet - which was all he could do as manager. Victoria from Marketing was also advised re this and was also excellent in her efforts in approaching Carpet Court Moorhouse owners for a solution. Very regretfully we were advised the owners stance was that the carpet we had been sold had fulfilled its 5 year life span and they were not prepared to offer anything else. Very unfortunate that the owner/s could still not 'understand' the issue was paying over $4500 for a carpet that only lasted 5 years. I don't know of anyone that would pay that level of money for a product lasting so little time. Very disappointed in the response of owner/s and therefore would not recommend Carpet Court Moorhouse Ave. Sad to write this review but it really is about being fair, and this just hasn't been the case here.

Don't bother getting carpet through Carpet Court. The original selected product was not provided, forcing us to drop everything to choose a new product at very short notice to enable Carpet Court to meet original time-frame (less than a week before install). We had organised workloads and staffing between our two businesses to enable this to occur. On the day the installation plan required amendment and due to the installer not being booked for both days we were forced to cancel our plans to shift furniture between areas and strip carpet to enable work to be completed that month. The product itself is good and the installer did a good job, but the office was a pain to deal with, the phone system a nightmare, and they are not prepared to budge on price despite the issues. Even the Branch Manager could do no better than taking our comments on-board"."

I really enjoyed dealing with this store - from initial inquiry right through to installation and final follow up call - excellent service. Andrew Clark was great to deal with. I did get quotes from other suppliers and can vouch for the sharp pricing from this Carpet Court team too!

Unfortunately we had a very average experience. Really average communication which caused some issues for install part of the job.The installers did do a fantastic job tho so can’t fault them on that.

Great service, since we went first time to enquiry, later the site measure, and a great, fast and clean installation. I even have to change dates for that for personal reasons, and there was always a friendly answer straight away to sort all my problems. I will defined recommend carpet court Christchurch, and in particular the Morehouse avenue branch!thanks for everything guys!love my new Carpet, we are all walking on clouds now!!!!

Great team to work with when you want to deck out your house in new carpet. Free measure and quote. No problem trying lots of different samples until we found the right colour. They often do great deals like free underlay and install. Would highly recommend.

Great experience today. I didn’t get the man’s name but he was so friendly and helpful when we were looking at flooring and even gave my son a Carpet Court Rhino. Thank you for going the extra mile and doing such a good job! Thanks again
