Used Conveyancing Shop through a recommendation of a friend. Recently sold our house of 26 years and also bought and used Conveyancing Shop. Found their service very good especially from Ellen who was very friendly and helpful. She was always pleasant and reassuring. Ellen also was happy to make an evening house call for missed signatures. Certainly would use them again if the need arose.

Finding good lawyers is hard, but finding the best lawyers at the best price is a mission which I found in Conveyancing shop. I was refereed to the shopby a property manager and since then they are my favorites. Ellen Bahana is the last lawyer that I dealt with. I found her very knowledgeable, modest, friendly and hard working. She always say what she do and do what she say.I recommend this shop and Ellen to any one in a need of a good lawyer because I know that you will thank me when you do .

I have used the Conveyancing Shop legal team for over 5 years and have conducted hundreds of transactions through the firm. They are lovely people and work effectively with a common goal to get the best outcome for their clients. Great job keep it up!

We had used them 3 times previously with only good things to say, we used them recently on a sale and purchase and it was an awful experience completely incompetent bordering on malicious.We had to tell them how to do their job, explain they had missed things, point out dates, conditions & terms they had wrong Ellen Bhana who has other bad reviews here was negligent, forgetful, incompetent, difficult to deal with and belligerent. After a series of mistakes to top it off - on final possession date of our new property, when we arrived with furniture truck, she had emailed their lawyer changing the possession date, then denied it even though we we were there with the vendor with a copy of the email.We complained to the senior partner Colleen who ignored it and forwarded to Ellen. Never use this this firm they are useless.Edit: note the previous sporadic genuine reviews on here, before the flurry of 'real' reviews that obviously were not arranged and more clear proof of integrity, more good work Ellen!

We used Conveyancing Shop Lawyers Pukekohe when purchasing our new home and were extremely appreciative of the support provided by Ellen Bhana. She was professional, efficient, friendly and patient! We knew we were in good hands with Ellen and every part of the process was smooth due to the regular and clear communication with us. A true professional! Thanks Ellen.

Very very poor service and we were freaking out till the very last minute that we're going to lose all of our money because this shop and especially Ellen.BEWARE that this is the only shop that an admin (Ellen) is doing a lawyer's job which is why they are really incompetent and unqualified and you can never talk to a lawyer with this shop unless you pay an extra $250 + GST per hour to talk to your actual lawyer which is not the case if you go to any other lawyer.They have no clue what Anti Money Laundry (AML) is and they will rip you off in the name of AML and performing Customer Due Diligence. They charged us just under $500 for “PREPARING” deeds of gift which we already had the template for. After the transaction when I checked with another lawyer they said it’s a simple thing and you can even write that deed of gift yourself and it does not need to be prepared by a lawyer and what they did is illegal.Our agent, broker and even building inspector warned us about these guys as soon as we said their name and we regret not taking them seriously when we could still switch lawyers. Such an awful experience!

Second Sale and purchase done by Conveyancing shop and excellent service and communication in both instances. Last round dealt with by Ellen Bhana. She was very professional and always made sure we fully understood the process. Can definitely recommend them.
