Aaron did a great job designing my investment property and worked quickly and efficiently with the surveyor and planner when the council came back with changes. I will be using Aaron for future projects.

Intelligent Design
Aaron and his team have done a excellent job on our renovations (kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor areas). They added value to our plans and carried out the work on time and to budget. We really appreciated their relationships with engineers, planners and the Council to guide the process through to getting the consent. Highly recommend them.

Aaron & the team were great to work with, from the beginning they listened and helped us create the plans for our ideal home. Our project ended up more complicated with the council than initially expected, but every time we needed something amended or updated they would respond quickly and the turn around time was amazing. I would recommend Intelligent Design for anyone planning to build!

We have really good experience dealing with Aaron and his team at Intelligent Design. Aaron takes time to understand the needs and requirements of his clients, and he and his team accommodate any changes we require of the design. Ours is not a straight-forward project but somehow Aaron and his team came up with a solution, and we are happy with the design they produced for us. They are professional and deliver in a timely fashion, and communication is prompt. We highly recommend Intelligent Design, and will definitely use them again in our next project. Aaron and team designed an extension to our kitchen including a new laundry and deck. He listened to our initial ideas then suggested a number of improvements all of which added value and innovation.The end result was far better than we hoped for and I would happily use and recommend Intelligent Design again.
