Can't recommend Jason and the team highly enough!! They replaced one of our bathrooms and from start to finish were incredible to deal with, nothing was a problem, with the bathroom coming in on budget and on time! Our new bathroom is stunning and we couldn't be any happier!!! We will definitely be going through Bathroom Solutions when we come to do our next bathroom!!!

We can not speak highly enough of the professional and timely service we received from the team from Bathroom Solutions. We would recommend them to anyone. The new bathroom has literally been life changing. Professional advice throughout the process, always calling beforehand. We changed a few things along the way and they worked with it and provided really good sound advice. What I appreciated was that Jason works with experienced trusted tradies that he has known for along time. They treated our home with care and respected our privacy esp as we work from home. We rang and made an appointment for Marilyn, to visit our property regards an upcoming bathroom renovation.On the day of the appointment, after waiting half an hour we rang her mobile - no response. We rang the office to be told she was not in today?!We rang back and asked to speak to the manager and were given feeble exscuses as to why the appointment wasn't kept.All in all, this was a total waste of our time and to date have never received a call from Margaret to apologise for not turning up for the appointment.We would not recommend this company unless you like wasting time?!

We selected bathroom solutions to remodel the bathroom in our historic cottage based on a very competitive quote and able to do the job in a good timeframe. Jason and his team did a fantastic job. They were easy to deal with and made good suggestions. We definitely recommend them.

We have a small, unusually shaped bathroom (sloped wall down one side), so limited options for layout.I LOVE my new bathroom! Jason and the team were very good to deal with. Great value for the work completed and returned promptly to deal with a couple of minor things that weren't initially 100%.Other reviewers have said they didn't listen, but I found them very good. They took all my ideas and together we refined them to come up with the best solution. Would absolutely recommend or use again.

Fully renovated our ensuite bathroom. Their tradesmen worked to a high standard, took ownership of getting a good outcome for us and did a few extra items of work around the house for us too.Gave good advice about options, although if you depart from their recommended fittings, it’s important to ask them to confirm that your alternatives will work in the space available.Due mostly to Covid disruptions, work took longer than expected, and occasionally required some follow-up on our part to keep things moving. However, we are happy with the end result.

Shocking - rude and disorganised front of staff - tried to invoice us for a ‘travel fee’ after failing to turn up to measure our shower then threatened to take us to baycorp when we wouldn’t pay. Claim they have evidence showing they turned up but have failed to provide us with it. No call-out fee was ever mentioned. And when we asked about rescheduling after they didn’t show they realised they couldn’t actually replace the door - despite still not having seen the shower to make that assessment. Hate to think how many other potential customers’ time has been wasted. From the reviews below it appears a few. Beware.
