The Linen Store

Terrible customer service. Was verbally attacked by the owner about customers not spending money in her store and instead heading overseas on holidays. Then abused us for not wanting to buy a $700 wool rug. Owner is clearly upset by the economic effect of Covid however being aggressive towards a potential customer will not help your situation improve. Avoid at all cost unless you want a fight.Very disappointed.

Do not waste your time going into the Parnell store. Horrendously rude staff member who wanted to know if we were just there hunting for bargains. Kept asking if we were going to buy anything or just keep looking. Very nasty vibe and bullying woman. On top of that, it's impossible to find anything, like a hoarders house, nothing displayed nicely. Won't waste my time going again. Glad to get out of there.

A very nice linen store with a few other furniture items too. Their linen are of high quality, and their price tag reflects this. Staff members are friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable.

I recently visited a linen store in Auckland, hoping to find some quality linens for my home. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The store was full of staff and clutter, making it difficult to navigate and find what I was looking for. There were no displays or order, just a chaotic mess of linens stacked on top of each other.To make matters worse, the owner was pushing for a sale and was very rude and unfriendly. It was clear that she was more interested in making a quick sale than providing good customer service. As a result, I found myself feeling frustrated and stressed out during my shopping experience.Auckland 2023

Yes yes the store is cluttered. It's a wonderful quirky dish mish-mash pile of extremely beautiful linens, cute ones and the ordinary. In other words it has character, that is part of the fun. The owner was very friendly and helpful , and could quickly locate the kind of thing I was looking for. I came away with 2 unique and spectacular white pillow shams and a beautiful light bed throw; both NZ made. I really wish I had bought more because my friends here in the US are very envious. She also helpfully told my husband where to buy an extra suitcase for our purchases (LOL) and then gifted him with an adorable kiwi dish towel. Nice!!

I love this store! It’s jam packed with the most beautiful products for your home and bedroom. The service is also friendly and helpful. A fabulous place for gift shopping too.

If you love french country chic and casual homewares, this is a great place to buy goodies. Staff was lovely and they even offer complimentary gift wrapping which was so useful.
