My 2 month old car went in for minor body work. It came back with air bubbles and it went back to be fixed on picking it up there was another rough job, new paint on the inside of the petrol compartment rough edges it was absolutely distressing on a $36k car to be told that they really busy with the tourist rentals which is their main business therefore the quality isn’t as good!

My insurance gave me the options of Qtwn Collision Centre and few others.I took this one in January 2023, they scheduled me for mid March since they had a big queue.March arrived, they said next month without giving me a precise date.Next month same story until mid June.Finally got it fixed after half a year...At least the result is good.

We went a few hrs ago and EVERYBODY in that place were so unkind, we were looking for a place to fix something and no one wants help us. Specially a lady with short hair, she was so rude and really helpless. What a shame.

If you have a ding, there is only one place to go to in Queenstown. The people at the Collision Centre are lovely, the repairs are top notch and the car is sparkling clean at the end of the process.
