Zinc Hairdressing

FINALLY found a great hair cutter, in Andrea at Zinc hairdressing. This man really knows his stuff! Delighted with an expert cut. When you wake up in the morning and your hair still looks great without being brushed or combed- then you know you've had an expert haircut!

Andreas is simply the best hairdresser I have ever had. He understands my hair in a way no other hairdresser has, and always exceeds my expectations when he cuts it! :). Salon has a nice relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Chairs at sink comfortable. Always a positive experience to go there.

Amazing experience! Would highly recommend to everyone. I was really satisfied with the result, Andreas took his time, didn't rush or anything. You will get awesome head massage too. I've never been so relaxed after hairdresser appointment! :)

This Salon is a gem in NZ. I got a short notice appointment and had my hair coloured by Rob. He did a fabulous job. He wasn’t rushed and took a lot of time working out what I wanted and then set to work. I had the confidence that he listened and therefore went with what he recommended. It was really refreshing to go somewhere where everything is done by one person. No shuffling left right and center with different people washing, colouring, cutting. Zinc offers expert, personalised hair care in a relaxed atmosphere, in a quiet part of Nelson. The icing on the cake was intelligent adult conversation, a beautiful coffee & a list of eating recommendations. Thanks.

Zinc is fantastic. Andrea and Rob are a great team. The place is always clean and tidy and the coffee well made. ( a nice bonus when getting a haircut )I don't know much about hair. Actually to be precise I don't have much hair. I rely on their expertise and it always seems to work out very well. These guys are simply lovely people and great to chat to.

Above Zinc hairdressing is another business called Heavenly Hands, it is a massage business. The name says it all, the feeling when you walk in is so relaxing, Renee is absolutely amazing, by far she is the best that I have come across.As for the ladies that run Zinc Hairdressing,they are very polite and always say hello to you.

Andrea is such a skilled colourist and wonderful hairdresser. Nice guy too.

First appointment. Exceeded my expectations with styling, professionalism and friendliness. Will definitely be back.

Many thanks Andreas for a fantastic cut and some great chat. Would highly recommend, the salon is calm and modern, there was no sign of rushing and I felt Andreas took the time to give me a great cut. I'll be back!
