Z - Te Puke - Service Station

This is my local that I go to. Keep going back because there is always a smile and friendly greeting with great service..

Its always a pleasure to gas up here. The staff are outstanding, service is great they are always happy helpful people. It's a fun experience in what ever Lockdown we are in.

Absolutely shockingly terrible customer service today. Drove across the road and spent $200 at BP instead.

The staff here are great. The shop is always clean and tidy, well stocked and good selection of food items. The coffee is good and the staff treat regulars like friends

Your compressor has been out of action for weeks and weeks and weeks...might have to start going to BP for gas and free air from now on...room for improvement there z.

Great staff, coffee and some essential needs can be found here and of course gas for your tank.

The staff members are not nice and helpful. They advertises promotions and they dont know about it what a co-incidence aye. I dnt knw abt otha peoples bt thea is a lady working there. I met her on saturday evening to get some gas and drink but she was being so rude to me and dont know how to speak to customers. From my thinking, i think she was being a racist to me. She talked to me rudely and some other indian guys too. So i bought a drink that was on promotion for $3.50 bt when she scanned it the computer showed $4.80 so i said i saw a advertise thea so i took it and she said to me in rude way that go and look there and find cheap onee wtff and then there was a guy who works there she told him to see promotion and he asked me whea u took this drink and i was telling him here is the promotion and lady said me to stop!! Let him do what he doing. That ws so f... rude. So from now i neva wana go to z pump i will love to go to other pumps if i need smthn.As a advice please teach them how to serve customers in a good way not in rude.

I've been to this Z twice this month and the diesel has pumped soooo slow its very frustrating! It took well over 20 minutes to pump 50L

Looks a bit messy these last couple months as always great gas deals n our fly buys but we can't see the top sign hasn't been working lately. Had to go in while back n say rubbish bin flood with Milo on the ground the grounds are littered with rubbish and the gardens haven't been looked after in ages not a gud look when u drive past. I know people park on the grass verge in between shell n toy shop but to see big holes n pipes where there should be grass showing not only hazard n are councils verge but the business next door shouldn't have to look at that mess or the other shops there either come on keep tepuke clean n tidy please.
