Cool piece of history of not a little underwhelming. If you're passing by, pop in. Don't go too far out of your way to see it however. The fossils are easy enough to see but it would be better if the info board was in the container with the fossils rather than seperate from them entirely. Easy to drive down if you've visited the elephant rocks and it's free.

Very cool rock formations, and once you know what you're looking for you can spot some if the whale fossils.Great fun to climb around d the rocks, kids would love it.

Beautiful place to see an ancient old fossil. Easy walk with fantastic views. Highly recommend visiting as part of the Vanished World Tour.

Visiting 71 year old friend from the UK tripped over the pipe at the bottom of the gate and fell heavily on his right knee. Could have been a serious injury. Not marked as a hazard at the actual site.

Well worth seeing. Be aware, it's a very small signpost at top of a hill. We drove past twice before we spotted it

You have to use your imagination with the whale fragments but the short walk is beautiful. Amazing history. Not pram friendly

This is a great little stop off kids and adults will love it there is a small area for parking on the side of the road. The walk down to the rocks and fossils is short but there are stairs.
