The lady on the counter had 5 customers there so I went and asked the manager if there was any more customer service people and she she only me. I suggested to her that she should perhaps give her colleague some help her reply was that she had to float to help customers that where in the store. My answer to her was all the customers in the shop where at the counter waiting to be served . Danielle as a Manger perhaps Postie higher management need to give you training on customer service. As the other lady on the counter was ellecent I felt for her the pressure she was put under. As I am a frequent shopper at the store it's not the first time this has happened. Customers shouldn't haveto wait 20 minutes before getting served. With the manager floating .... how she couldn't see that all those people wanted to be served is beyond me.

OK if you're shopping for babies or children's clothes.Adult clothing: they have swapped the quality and styles of the adult clothing they used to sell - now the clothing is cheap looking, cheaply made, no style and most only suitable for dusters.So disappointing.

Good location and easy to find on Market Street, Blenheim. Two entrances with a parking area in the back of the store. A lot offered in sale today. We bought 4 shirts for my friend’s granddaughters today and he saved $20. Wheelchair people welcome too.

A very good shopping experience.Lots of selection of kids, teenagers and adults clothing at very good prices. There's even a small accessories section where I was able to find eyeliners with sharpener lids, quite handy and useful it's been. Even the quality is quite good. The staff are very friendly and helpful - they offer excellent customer service too. They remembered me well and even the number of times I've been there, which seems quite a feat.Their reward schemes are one of the best in town - 5 dollars for every 50 spent, 15 for every 100 spent and on buying on four different days, another 10 gets added. I've collected over 30 dollars in rewards alone, during my time shopping for traveling abroad. Though the bonus rewards expire in a month, it's quite easy to spend them owing to the large collection of items, which keep getting added quite often.A must go place for the best shopping experience at affordable prices.

Have to share that closing time a real bad experience. 5pm on a Thursday a week out from xmas. We were told to go to counter a soon as possible as they closed in 10 Minutes. There we waited 15 minutes as they only had one till working. Don't think I would go back. Customer service quite bad.

I visited the Blenheim store yesterday and was served by Charmaine. What a pleasant manner she has and very helpful. Thank you.
