I had requested a quote for an install for a split system and had someone come out. They provided a quote for a unit only. I called them back twice and was told they would get back in touch with me to organise a quote for a split system. The first quote was nearly 3 weeks ago. No one has contacted me but I keep receiving spam emails around discounts I cant get because no one communicates. I just want a price and then pay in full and have it sorted. I do not get paid to followup with these employees!

Avoid using this company at all costs. They have not supplied all items we paid for over 8 months ago. The system is not holding pressure for the under floor heating and they refuse to come out and repair. They never respond to emails, phone calls. The worst service ever. If possible I would give them a negative 5 rating. Extremely stressful.

I had Heat pumps now to do a quote for a ducted heating system. They were prompt and professional with quote within an hour. They were happy to negotiate a future date and installation was agreed. The team worked together to install the service. A great team. Easy to talk to during the process. They did have to revisit to adjust the pressure which they were a little slow on coming back due to covid illnesses but it was dealt with professionally. I'm really happy with this company's service and would totally recommend them

Heat pumps now just finished installing a new Heat pump at my place. I found their technicians to be very experienced, polite and professional. They picked up electrical issues with my existing wiring early on which gave me time to sort out before they arrived. Nothing was a problem even when I asked for some pipe work to be relocated so it would be concealed from view. Also their pricing is very competitive.Appreciate the good work guys.Thank you.

Highly Reccomend. Very professional. Great value.Heat Pumps Now installed a Mitsubishi AP 80. They even set up the WiFi option and showed us how to program it.They took all the rubbish with them. It is working perfectly. We luvs it!
