They certainly did a good job on my heater but was let down when I was charged for more than the charge set out in the bill that was emailed to me.I since rang and asked about that and was told it’s to do with the app they use to pay the bill through.I couldn’t find that being said in email so perhaps in the future it should be made clear to prospective clients.

These guys are great. After a month of waiting for several local plumbers to turn up, none did, and a friend recommended this company. They were really quick to respond to my message, and promptly attended in Raetihi within 24 hours to diagnose the issue. They came back the next day to fix it, and were really helpful and friendly the whole time, including navigating our gates, livestock and dogs. We were happy with the professionalism and the bill, and will definitely use them again in the future.

These guys were amazing! Came and put in a tempory hotwater system in the freezing snow with no notice to get our restaurants hot water back on, then drove the icy roads the next day to replace and put in a new system. They blew my away with how efficient and helpful they were with what seemed to be no problem to them at all! I recommend these guys to everyone!
