Great garden centre, with top-notch cafe and play area for children. Staff support and advice always great. Tend to be a bit pricey for tools and equipment, but is my preferred source of seedlings and good quality plant pots.

Wasn't very impressed.There was a big range of giftwear,but just the same stuff as all the big stores,only more expensive.The cafe was nice ,although to hot to sit outside where l would have liked to sit...it needs some shade

NOT MOTORHOME FRIENDLY!We parked here to browse their plant selection and have my birthday breakfast in their Cafe but as we were approaching the store a lady staff member stopped us in the carpark asking how long we intended on staying as the manager was not happy with us taking up more than one carpark. Feeling very unwelcome we chose not to go instore and promptly left. Shame on you Palmers. I counted at least 12 other parks available in the carpark. Will not be returning here.

Super helpful staff, loads of great plants and can you believe you can return a plant if it doesn't grow!

Good range of plants in excellent condition and reasonably priced. Good range of seeds in the indoor shop area, more than you'll find in the general hardware mega stores. Staff are friendly and often knowledgeable, so you can ask them how to care for the plants you're thinking of buying. If you get tired from all that effort pushing your shopping trolley around, there is a nice cafe on site, reasonably priced, coffee is fine. Parking can be tight but there's usually one or two spots free or just wait a few minutes. Overall a pleasant place to buy plants for your house or garden. I really like their offering boot liners so you won't soil your boot if you're buying plants; saves having to clean up when you get home. Keep the liners for reuse next visit, of course.

Great selection of plants and interesting items for indoors.

The variety of plants and associated garden things was what you would expect in a good store. Cafe too busy to get in.

Great array of plants and gifts. Was humming when we got there and when we left. The toilets were clean and nicely presented. We didn't use the Cafe but the smells were divine.

So helpful and had all the plants I was looking for ♡ Basically indoor plant heaven.

Love looking thought the gift shop, great ideas that are a bit different. Indoor plants are beautifully presented.It's a pleasure to shop there.
