Our go to vet for many years. We first started with them when they opened but moved briefly to another when we had a discount for spaying our cats; when our vet following that started misdiagnosing our cat and dog we moved back to Vet Associates and haven't looked back. They were accommodating when our dog was put down to allowing someone in to do paw castings and to changing crematorium. Even sent photos of our stolen dog as a pup during her visits when I was at work.

We love Veterinary Associates Takanini.I take my French bulldog to them and their advice is great and you can always get an appointment easily.My boy has had a few surgeries and there are never unplanned surprises and they’re always transparent about cost and procedure.Their wait times can be like the doctors because they’re busy & a lot of people go to them!

Omigosh, these guys !! Truly the best.In August this year, my small dog Romeo was attacked by an unrestrained pit bull dog. We initially took him to VSA Sylvia Park as it was after hours.Our customer experience with them was not good (google review posted).After 10 days we transferred to our GP Veterinary Associates Takanini.Dr Eckhard and the team received him (and me) with such gentle compassion, kindness along with Dr Eckhards superb surgical skills - for the remainder of his recovery.We cannot speak more highly of them. Took my pup there to have his nails trimmed, vet said they were already well short enough and didn’t really need doing, although tidied up maybe 5 nails by the teeniest amount … and was charged $45! Insane. Rip off.

Thank you so much to your team for fitting us in last minute for my dogs vaccinations. We had turned up at the kennels for our long weekend away only to discover pup wasn't up to date...dashed to your Wonderful center that went out of the way -and were all lovely!
