Cannot find a contact ph number not even listed on Google search. Dehumanising business is not a good move in my opinion. Has this been taken over by someone (government maybe?) I was unable to do last 2 gst returns recently it locked me out had to contact call accountant to get it talk to ird for return. Not helpful for this small business time wise :(

Friendly, passionate, and helpfull staff members. Their office is pristine and nicely decorated with plenty of hot desks in big open spaces. Affordable parking in the area is extremely challenging as lots of people working in the area competes for the spaces.

From the get go, Xero is incredibly difficult to custom set up, not to mention that infuriating 2-step verification system, you are given no choice but to follow their mandatory set up method. wasted 4 hours before even being able to log in.There is no contact number for support, and looks like Xero uses their own staff to give them 5 star reviews due to the fact that there are so many 1 star reviews, shame on you for using your own employees to try to increase your goggle ratings.Managing director - Steve Nero

Beautiful office, passionate employees and great product! If you're thinking of changing the world (through software) and want to be a part of an innovative culture, do inquire at Xero. Otherwise, you should at least use their product, which has revolutionised the industry.

Only reason it gets a one star is the horrible new bill payment system.Added multiple more steps to work out what money you owe and to who.The screen is so cluttered that if you owe supplier x 100 and supplier y 200, it is very easy to think you owe supplier x 200.Going to have to purchase an addon to fix this upgrade".Interesting xero have devoted all the time and resources to this

XERO was a great product but due to reporting changes is no longer a product I would recommend for my clients as the very reports my clients have come to rely on are now being replaced by significantly reduced functionality reporting and require major customisation to make them usable and even then will require exporting to xcel to manipulate/consolidate data going forward.Great disappointment
