Had an old coloured photo that had faded restored and the new one was brilliant. The colours are very natural and look great. Thank you very much for a job well done. Would recommend this business to my friends and the job was completed in a timely manner.

We popped in today to get a photograph uploaded from my phone and framed. The lady who served us (Sue, I think) couldn't have been nicer! She was smart, efficient, super friendly and the price was very reasonable. What a great little shop. I would give 6 stars if I could!

My wife popped into the Napier store on New Year's eve for a quick bit of technical advice on her camera. The friendly staff sorted her problem and my wife offered to pay for their awesome advice, but they didn't want any money for the advice. Pure example of community spirit. These guys rock.

Absolutely brilliant camera shop! They knew just by looking at my camera which size lens cap I needed. It was the only size they didn't have in their store, but they managed to get the right size in the following morning and called to let me know. Total experts.

Great service and well priced for passport photos! $40 for the digital and got 4 printed photos. Extra $5 for 4 more photos.

I don't know if it's only for me, but the prices are incredibly inflated! Every time it feels like he just it made up. For example, he charged me $60 for a passport photo, whereas it's $24 at the Warehouse Stationery. He charges $4 per page for printing. I understand the cost of business but it is not reasonable at all. I honestly feel like being ripped off. So, my advice is always give preference to Warehouse Stationery, it's cheaper. Service wise though, I've never had any problems with him.

Took a film to them to develop, they actually don’t process in the store, so they have to ship it to another place and you usually get it back in 7-10 days. Also, the price is pretty high (24$ for 24EXP roll and 35$!! for 36EXP), so it’s actually cheaper to mail film to Auckland or Wellington. The quality of processing and scans speak for themseves though, but still not worth the price tag. Theblackandwhitebox in Auckland will give you same quality for less, similar with Splendid in Wellington + to send them a roll costs about $2 and still makes it cheaper than this store. 3/5 just because of quality develop+scan.
