Good service so far - quick response to email request and friendly service at the office. Plenty of vans/trucks. Well situated.

Rented a car from Franklin Car and Truck Rentals and would highly recommend them to anyone that's after a good service at a great price. The Kevin was friendly and helpful, and the car was the perfect size to get the job done. Unfortunately the car was involved in an accident but we worked through this with no grumpiness and good old fashioned service ......... Cheers guys!

Moved house & business intercity and used both a truck and van from Franklin Car & Truck Rentals. They were helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. Truck & Van were both new, easy to drive, and provided huge capacity on a car licence. Awesome tail lift on the truck. Thanks to Franklin for making our move easier!

This is not a company that I will ever deal with again. Most unprofessional experience I ever had. Book a truck, pay deposit and then got drop like a hot potato on a Friday afternoon at 4:30.Kevin I can't see you stay in business if this is your customer service.

While the vehicle we hired was great, unfortunately the customer service was not. Franklin Car and Truck Rentals were not accommodating at all to after hours returns and put us under a lot of stress by the way they communicated that we would be responsible for any and all damage caused to the vehicle by choosing to leave it outside the business after hours.We had a minor issue with the handbrake during the hire and when we called to ask for help, we were made to feel like idiots for not knowing this truck had a special feature with the handbrake that most cars do not.They really need to consider the manner in which they speak to their customers, as it is very off-putting.

Super helpful team. I have a ute and trailer but decided to hire a small truck 19m3. It saved me so much time and saved my back! The tail lift is absolutely awesome. I was able to move a significant amount of heavier household items with my wife and on my own. The cost of the truck was well worth the time saving. They are in good condition, have good power, and are very easy to operate, including the tail lift. The 19m3 is a good size for navigating residential driveways and tight spaces. The team is helpful and informative. AAA+++. I have already re-booked to move some more gear.
