Took a mower in to get a part replaced under warranty, they called me and launched straight into selling me a general service I didn't ask for without intitially mentioning the actual reason i bought it in. Didn't fix my issue. I called Masport direct and they sent out the warranty part directly to me instead at no charge. Really bad service from the shop, baffled by how bad it was for such a cheap and easy fix.

A personal experience, I stopped thinking the shop was shut to tune up my bagpipes, yes you heard right but the owner came out and refused... man I was only going down the road to play at birthday party, lighten up eh. Is this how you treat your customers you deserve this

A TOTAL RIP OFFI bought a shredder from what was supposed to be a good NZ brand (Morrisson).I used it half a day, shredding small branches.As asked in the manual, at the end, I clean the rotor and oil it.I notice one part is cracked. I go back to the shop to get it fixed.And they tell me it is not under warranty, because I've tampered with it, cleaning the rotor and oiling it (as told in the manual).Not to mention that before having a look a the machine, the shop was pushing me to buy the broken piece and change it myself ($25), not using that warranty, and to have a look at the machine, they charged me $54.
