As someone who doesn’t have a background in kickboxing or martial arts it can be quite overwhelming and intimidating when you’re wanting to learn a new skill. Ghostfist made me feel super welcome right away and they have skills classes for all levels. Great coaches, good people, big on the community/whanau vibes. ⭐️
