Untrustworthy and unreliable, two qualities that are very important in a freight forwarder. We decided to switch to Geodis hoping that because they are a larger organisation, they could handle critical shipments better. We received the worst customer service and shipping results we have had in over 10 years of importing. To top it off, our account manager was rude and defensive when we complained.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. They completely stopped sending packages, wouldn't answer their phones and made excuse after excuse and promise after broke promise. We lost a sizable chunk of business because they just stopped shipping to our customers. There wasn't any communication unless you relentlessly pestered them and even then it didn't matter because nothing they said turned out to be true. Sad. I usually don't post reviews but stay away from these guys if you want your business to grow.
