Great customer service - I had been to another shop that morning and the service was poor, I left unsure about what was right for my kids.When I walked into Evo and got greeted politely and offered assistance immediately. I just had an excellent experience in Napier's branch of Evo. Very friendly staff with great attitude. They sorted out my warranty claim with SRAM within few days. Excellent communication, keeping me in the loop with phonecalls and text messages.
