Donna is a lovely person she was super speedy and patient also so sweet to my mum when she went in she definitely deserves a raise

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and my nurse made me feel really small and ruined my day with her rude and nasty comments. Would not recommend!

I have had some very bad experiences with some nurses. They can be very rude and make you feel very small. Lucky there are some very nice nurses too that do listen to the patients and are very friendly.

I went in for a urine test. You cannot book these online. I told the incredibly nasty older blond nurse (that a lot of other reviewers seem to have had the misfortune of interacting with) what I was there for. She very nastily told me I had to wait and to take a number. After 40 minutes I told another nurse who said phone and book. The lady at their call centre said to ask a phlebotomist for a pottle, write my details on it and then leave it on their desk when I was done. Yes, it was that easy. The nasty nurse could easily have told me the same thing in 30 seconds but decided to make me wait. I know they’re short staffed but she really needs to go…

The nurses here are amazing, so kind and professional. I had a bit of a funny turn while I was waiting on a test and the team were fantastic at taking care of me, made sure I was safe and comfortable until I felt well enough to go home.Above and beyond, fantastic people.Thank you all so very much.

Nurse not very helpful or friendly. My daughter went in for a blood test as possible appendicitis and wasn't even asked the reason just told she wasn’t doing anymore today.

Donna is amazing. She is super lovely and caring and made me feel at ease. Will definitely go back to her if I need to in the future.

Parking was a bit of a mission as it is shared with the medical center. It you forget your mask they have some inside. Didn't have to wait too long to have test done and young lady was friendly and gentle. No bruising which is awesome.

One of the nurses was the rudest person iv come across, I'm in a wheelchair she spoke down to me as soon as I arrived, I left without getting a blood test, everyone has a bad day now and then don't take it out on other people, you don't know what they're going through. They were open for another 45 minutes I apologized for being late, she made it seem like I shouldnt be there, told me they might not get to me, even when I said I was happy to wait and see, she then told me 4 more times they're closing, speaking down to me the whole time, not everyone in a wheelchair is mentally challenged, disgusted!

Lovely staff, super speedy, they even see you earlier if they can. Parking really isn’t an issue as it’s so close to the mall. Booking online and self check in is super easy!
