Everything I’ve tried from Fankery has been an absolute treat! There is a great mix of unique creations and classic bakery items with a twist. If I had to pick a top 3 must-try items for newcomers though, I would recommend:1. Burnt basque cheesecakeTheir signature item so of course it’s number one. I’d like to call myself a cheesecake connoisseur and this is one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had. The base is AMAZING and it’s a heavenly combination of texture when combined with the mochi. Even a 1/4 slice is enough for 2-3 people, it is super filling. There are lots of flavours to try but my favourites are ube, matcha and earl grey.2. Savoury mooncakeI love mooncakes but I’d never tried a savoury mooncake til I tried these! It’s a Shanghainese style pastry mooncake with pork filling and amazing when heated up. They also have sweet pastry mooncakes but I really recommend the savoury ones since it’s hard to find anything else like it.3. Pork floss swiss rollsCombines my favourite things into one dessert. It’s hard not to eat the whole pack in one go! The pork floss is homemade and really delicious.

I’ve tried pretty much everything on the menu and lemme tell you. It is soooo good!My favourites are the pork floss Swiss rolls. Soooo good. And I do not like cheesecake, but I LOVE their mochi cheesecakes!!!! Not too. Sweet because the mochi offsets it.

Truly a one of a kind bakery that is second to none in terms of creativity and flavour! Have tried from the Polo buns, moon cakes, cheesecakes pork floss buns to the mochi filled cheesecakes and cookies. With each product the attention to detail is shown through the visuals of the selections complimented perfectly by the textures and flavours.

Ordered 1/4 original BBC for $22.50, while the taste was good I felt price to be expensive. For taste I would rate 4/5 and for price I would rate 2/5.

Everything I have tried has been truely delicious!! The mochi filled cookies and cheesecakes are my absolute favourite. They are the perfect texture, flavour and sweetness . Craving some right now !
