Amazing team! Had my wisdom tooth out (which apperantly was very tricky) patient comfort was a top priority for them and they made me feel quiet comfortable. Also ensured I was cared for afterwards with follow up phone calls. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Joel and the team at Mosgiel Dentist have been outstanding with my visits. They're very patient, kind and provided excellent services with my treatments each time. Thank you! Will definitely come back again!

Spent alot of money here and have been left with sore teeth for the first time in my life, told to go back, which I did a few times but got charged for something new everytime and ended up with more pain. Made to get a mouth guard as the dentist made me believe I was a night grinder! Noticed alot of patients coming out with the $300 mouth guards! Also really disappointed in the lack of interest they showed when I tried to get an emergency acc consult for my 4 year old son.

Dr Joel and his team were so friendly and caring and so professional. I highly recommend this Dental practice and will never go anywhere else. They are also reallyaffordable.

Kid had a tooth fracture, and the team managed to book us in despite their busy schedule. Handled the situation really well and my kid was very comfortable. They have done really well and my kid was no longer scared of the dentist! Cheers!

Brought my son to see Dr Jed over the weekend and was thankful that the team made is so comfortable for him. He wasn’t as fearful and the team managed him very well. Thumbs up and thank you for seeing us on short notice.

Wow.. what an experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. U WAS RECOMMEND THROUGH A WORK COLLEAGUE AND I OVERLY PLESSED. 2 TOOTH EXTRACTION WITHOUT ANY PAIN. 1 HAD A BIG HOLE Dr. Joel without breaking it with ease worked on it n pulled it out. No pain ..not even a slight . The 2nd was a broken crown where I lost the crown so the base of the remain tooth was broken. Literally nothing to hold on to to pull it out. He was amazing.. without pain again. success story. I traveled from Waverly to Mosgiel because he was highly recommended and I AM OVERLY HAPPY. Without making a hole in my pocket did the job .. Anything with Dental I'll be going there in the future.Monday the 9th May (today) at 10 am was my appointment. N I just got home.. very happy with the professionalism.

The most painful experience of my life. The first anaesthetic needle had no effect. He hit the nerve several times and I nearly jumped out of the chair. He then gave me a second needle which had no effect either. The pain was terrible.When it was over I noticed that I had no numbness in my lips and was able to talk normally - a sure sign that the anaesthetic had not worked.I would love to know where the anaesthetic went, and I would also love to know how someone so incompetent is allowed to practice.

Was referred by a family friend to get a filling and a tooth taken out, but Dr Jed and his team took really great and extensive care of me. Whole procedure was pleasant and definitely coming back for regular check ups! Thanks!
