I have to review my review. What an absolute shambles of an organisation. Ordered and paid for the chair. Turns up the guys can't get it through the internal door. Tell them it can't stay in the hallway so they need to take it back and give me a refund. Irelax head office phone me. Tell me they will send a technician out with rhe chair in a few days. Delivery company don't turn up but the technician does. He's got a spare chair in the back of the van. He tells me it won't fit through the door. I explain that thats why he's here I understand he's the expert. He explains he has no idea how take the chair apart. In short I waste two days and still don't have a chair. I ask who is going to refund my money. They tell me I don't know and I need to.wait for someone to contact me. If it was possible to give this company a zero star rating I would. What a collosal waste of time and money

Ivan at I Relax was really helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was helpful when I was trying out the products with my 11 month old in tow. They have a great range of products at reasonable prices.. Looking forward to my chair arriving soon!

The staff at iRelax Sylvia Park was very friendly and helpful. They were very patient and provided very detail description of the products, which I was very happy with. In deciding to purchase a massage chair, I spent a lot of time doing research, trying different chairs in different shops. I found the sales team at iRelax very professional and helpful. Not at all pushy and they allowed me to enjoy the different chairs, only offering information when it was needed. I ended up buying a chair from i-relax and can't wait to enjoy it at home.

Guys please be Careful when you buy their products,I purchased one of their massage gun, and its charging adapter stop working and not charging the massage gun, it was still under warranty so when i ask to order me another adapter they said they can’t and ask me check from other electronic stores i paid about $300 and now its just a junk.They should have the adapter if they selling the machine or should have order 1 for me. SO PLEASE CAREFUL BEFORE SPENDING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEYNOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT RECOMMENDTHANKSReplying to comment :- Hi Irelex thats for your reply,So lets say if I buy your latest massage gun and after year it’s adapter stopped working and I come back after year to get adapter you going to give me same reply that its old model we don’t sell it anymore, so what i’m trying to say is even if you stop sell you should have adapters, i’ve also been to PB Tech and Jay cars they also don’t sell itthanks

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they gave me a lot of professional advises. I have compared Irelax with other massage chair shop, I found that Irelax is the best shop. Great product, highly recommend

The customer service of Irelax is absolutely amazing!! We had a massage chair delivered by Daniel and Thomas, who were patient, professional and efficient. They were able to complete the delivery despite complications on our end, installed the chair quickly and taught us thoroughly how to operate it. The chair itself is of such high quality, but what really mattered was the service provided by staff and delivery workers. A huge thank you to Daniel and Thomas!
