If I could give this a zero I really would! HORRIBLE customer service. Such a rude and unhappy worker which made the experience at this ice cream shop the worse.

Bad service, when my friend asked for a tissue the worker said to go buy some from the supermarket.

Had a bad experience with the Lynn Mall NZ natural branch, the man insisted that I could not pay with my debit eftpos card and cussed at me when I said I only carry cards and not cash.Terrible customer service and stuck in the 70s for payment options.

bad service! I dont understand why i wait for my ice-c infront of the staff and the staff dont want to pass the ice-c for me and need me pick up at the counter,just one movement and easy way ,i dont understand why they dont?once enough no gonne come back!

Liang in the counter was absolutely horrible and on top of that the icecream was melting long before a paid for it.I asked him if I would test before buying a scoop. But he mentioned no testing at the moment. Anyways bought 2 single scoops.The size of the scoops were much smaller than thier other branches. When confronted he said it's their standard size and dint want to reply to anything I said.I love the brand but won't be going here anymore because the service there

Terrible experience today at New Zealand Natural in LynnMall around 3:45pm. The staff seemed inpatient because I was deciding what flavours to choose, and he was rude and ironic because I asked if it had other options of flavours. After I paid for the ice cream, he looked completely unhappy because I asked for a small scoop and a napkin to have my ice cream. I believe it’s his task to offer these for me, and not be inpatient because I asked for. I will never come back because as a costumer it made me feel embarrassed. Poor costumer service ever!!

Very rude customer service and bad drinks and ice cream. The server treated us very badly and overpriced. Not satisfied at all. I ordered mint milk shake included only milk and mint syrup and very small amount of ice cream moreover they are lying to us about mentioning real ice cream shake.

NZ Natural used to be much better. I always get the mango thickshake (for about 7 years now) and it use to be less sugary and more fruity (in the natural sense). I think the new owners need to focus on preserving the natural aspect of it. The chinese manager here always confuses me.

Hi, I visited your Lynnmall franchisee today and had a very rude experience. My daughter fell down and was bleeding a bit from her lower lip . We thought it’s a good idea to have ice cream and decided to buy from your store there. Was the worst decision. The man at the counter is absolutely rude, can’t understand simple English or pretends to. We got a kid scoop vanilla ice cream cone for my 18 month daughter. My toddler being small was messy and my father went to get some serviettes and he was told “I already gave one and how many you want more” and the man gave my father one serviette. Once my father (senior citizen) told me this I went back to him to check and I wanted one more obviously as I needed to clean up my daughters face and he told me the same thing. I told him what he did was unprofessional and rude. I have also complained to the Lynnmall team. I am a local resident of new Lynn since many years and frequent the mall daily. I hope you take strict action against the person, train him and reprimand him.
