This store is quite big and has almost all the products that one could find or expect at Noel Leeming. However, the staff are very rude and offer no help to understand the features of the product they are selling. The staff definitely need to get trained on customer service/management.

Didn't know this was something I cared about until now. The barcode scanners and ringing telephones at the counters have the most gentle sound I've ever heard. It really takes the edge off those harsh retail beeps. Would be 6 stars, but the EFTPOS machines still have a shrill sound. A truly tranquil environment with pleasant and helpful staff, what a treat!
