Mountain Bike Rotorua Shuttles
Booked a private shuttle with the team and they made it really easy to sort out timing and pick up for the day. Got to the car park and Kim was there bang on time and ready to go(second time having Kim shuttle us and he is a great driver). Get to the top of your first run and great to see a talk about having a good time but also being safe while in the forest and then also great to see all proper COVID precautions being taken as well! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get the most out of their day in the forest.

Terrible first experience with the Rotorua mountain bike shuttles, had been waiting for an hour and a half for a shuttle with no communication as to why. The workers were extremely rude to riders who were understandably frustrated.

Amazing weekend shuttling the forest. Had 4hrs private shuttles one day and can’t recommend it enough. Brian was amazing. Took us to the trails that are tougher to get to from the buses and really great trail knowledge. Ask for Brian!

Appalling communication over the weekend as a school competition was on and therefore was an hour and half wait for shuttles. Staff were incredibly rude and unaccomadating to everyone waiting. No signage, no verbal communication when purchasing tickets and no social media posts.
