I had taken in my phone to get my screen replaced and he ended up braking it more than when I gave it to him. He proceeded to give me a refund and told me to take it somewhere else. He was rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend him.

I found the service I received was excellent. It was late in the day and the technician worked on it for some time and he was both respectful and professional. He explained that the phone was in fact beyond repair, but he didn’t charge me for the time he had spent working on it. Thank you for the great service!

Amazing service! This morning I though I would do it. And now I am sitting at home in the afternoon with the fully fixed glass for my iPhone XS. Unbelievable. Tofik was the person who have helped me instantly. And was able to draw distinction between the machine use service that is more sophisticated time consuming and their method that was much more efficient and robust. I only had to walk around window shopping for about 40 minutes. And then boom! I got it all fixed! Got it picked upped and everything. And now enjoying it! Cheers, Oleg

They did not properly fix my macbook. I needed to take it somewhere else to get fixed after their service.

I brought in a Samsung s10 to have the screen repaired (16th April). The repair itself is fine, quality of picture is good etc. However, since the back of the phone is required to be removed in order to fix the screen, I have stumbled into an issue. The back of the phone is no longer properly sealed (now not water-tight, I know they're not exactly fully waterproof but the gap would allow moisture in which is ofc not ideal). This was not an issue prior to having the phone repaired here. I have taken the phone back twice, 10 minutes on the 17th of April (man re-sealed the back with glue and gave it to me wrapped in rubber bands, was told to leave them on for 3 hours which I did) and my partner could peel the back off with his fingernail. Second day 18th April (today) brought it back and they had my phone for 3 hours so they could ensure it would stay sealed and not pop open again. Sadly I still have an unsealed phone, and after paying over $300 for the repair its a little annoying that this seemingly small issue is still not resolved. I dont want to go back a fourth time so will try somewhere else. Giving two stars because my screen is repaired and the customer service I received was fine, just a let down with the back of the phone.

Came in to get a new screen protector. It was somewhat expensive, but he offered to fit it for me for free so I accepted. After I paid and walked away and put my phone case back on, the screen protector lifted. I then took it back where he tried a few more screen protectors, none of which would fit properly with my phone case.My phone case was the stock standard one that came with the phone. I wasn't impressed that the screen protector would not fit/seal with the default case, and at that point asked for a refund. The staff member outright refused.He was rude and unprofessional and I'll never go there again or recommend others do the same. If you are going to sell screen protectors that don't fit/seal with a phone's default case, then perhaps you should reevaluate what you offer to customers.

I wanted to fix my laptop, first of they charge me 80$and told me maybe hard disk issue, then they fixed window, then i used next day again it corrupted while i updated my window 10. then.they told me it's hard disk problem and took more than 1 week and trying to charge me 160$for 512gb hhd. and did not tell.me.to install new technology one which is ssd..when i asked for ssd then they told me 250$for 240gb. however, i decided to not fixed from them. when.i asked yo give me.back my laptop, they took 4 to 5 daysvery poor customer service on.phone call. i call them.on Thursday and they told me.come back.ur laptop on Friday , then friday told me on monday, then monday told me.come on back on tuesday. very very poor service. so today i got laptop back in.funny condition..i have photo of my laptop to show you guys.NOW! i want my money back bc they did not fix my problem, without letting me now in first assessment, what's wrong in laptop actually and how that.gonna cost me this is based in southcity chch branch.laptop charging lights are not in right location and one bottom stop rubber is missing even cd drive plastic broken.seriously this is not good for mereally bad experience.
