We have an incredibly passionate team of Ed's that are supported by our equally passionate Visiting Teachers. We hold ourselves and each other to high standards when it comes to offering quality and nurturing childcare. I absolutely love working for Jemma’s home based Childcare as a Coordinator. After many years in Early Childhood Education working in centres I made the shift to home based. 6.5 years later I have never looked back. I have a wonderful team of dedicated and loving kaiako who are loyal, fun, and so caring! Jemma’s is a smaller and more personal service with over 22 years of experience. I feel very looked after here, and plan to be here for many more years loving my job.
