Murray and Katie took over the management of our block of units in Hamilton and have done a brilliant job of looking after them and the occupants. They have very high standards, know the Residential Tenancies Act inside out, carefully select the best applicants available and are all over any issues should they arise.Property Scouts pays twice monthly, very promptly, use some great suppliers, have very good systems and are backed up by a switched on parent company who support them to the hilt. Incidentally the monthly newsletters are are wealth of information, well worth reading.After earlier on having had some very average experiences with a couple of the big named property managers in Hamilton, I recommend these guys to family and friends and to you accordingly.

We've been living in our current property for close to 2 years now which is managed by Property Scouts. There were few issues with the house after the renovation work done last year but on reporting those issues, Murray was very proactive to resolve them at the earliest.Murray has been really helpful and will highly recommend him and Property Scouts to prospective tenants and landlords.
