Magic Loft Playground & Cafe - Browns Bay store

Holy, Moley! We lost our Grandy (2.5) immediately !! This place is a maze! It is incredible and magical!!If you're the anxious type then it may not be for you. For the kids?! Wow, so many opportunities to explore and take (safe) risks!Love it!!!

Absolutely loved our time there. Claw machines are super easy for the kids. Huge playground of all sorts and a bonus big and safe space for all kiddies to jump on the trampolines. My 5 year old had a blast! At a great price too. Additional little cafe that has yummy eats and drinks. Definitely a location for birthday parties!

We have been to Magic loft twice now and my daughter says she dreams of going here, our kids are 5 and 8 and they absolutely love Magic loft it has everything to offer with a huge space that is extremely clean. No doubt we will be back soon

I recently took my child to Magic Loft Playground for a birthday party and it was an incredible experience. The indoor playground was filled with all sorts of fun obstacles that kept the kids entertained for hours.My child especially loved the ball pit and the trampolines. The play area was not too crowded, so the kids had plenty of room to run and play. The cleanliness of the playground was also impressive and made me feel at ease. Parking was a breeze, with plenty of spots available, which is always a plus.The cafe was great for grabbing a coffee or snack while we watched the kids play. The kids' party rooms were also fantastic and made for a perfect birthday celebration.Overall, I would highly recommend Magic Loft Playground to anyone looking for a fun, clean and convenient place for their kids to play.

I'm not sure it's worth the entry price ($16) - i maybewoukdbe paid $10. There's only a tiny area for under 5s and once you've done the slide a few times there isn't any other designated area for my son (16 months). The floor piano was also not working so even less for him to do.There was a little pedal car track which looked great but there was only one pedal car - not so useful.The other areas looked good but one of the big slides was broken, limiting your choice again.I also wouldn't describe this place as soft play as there is nothing soft about the blocks. They're clearly made out of wood underneath and if my son hit anything on them it would've hurt. In the UK soft really means soft (squishy insides) which is what I was expecting here.Some of the arcade machines were also out of service.On the plus side, it was very quiet on a Monday afternoon so pretty much had the place to ourselves.

Absolutely and grossly understaffed and filthy!!!$36 for 2 kids aged 3 and under...School holidays which means the older kids are rougher with the preschool kids with no staff supervision.If you make the mistake of coming here, grab your coffee and food on the way because the level of hygiene here is non-existent. Sticky floors and tables AND food is not edible, overpriced (my guess is that they apply the same standards of hygiene in their kitchen too) ..It honestly doesn't take much to be clean, with few products, hot water and new clean cloths so THERE'S NO EXCUSE

It was ok. Not enough parking. Cafe area was not clean.
