This place has to have the best pies in the area maybe even beating most of Auckland. Steak pie with real tender chunks of steak, not overflowing with gravy, real cheese and perfectly baked pastryThe coffee was spot on, no burnt flavor and a machine thats obviously cleaned well.Friendly and helpful service also and this was all near closing

Lovely little family cafe in Pollen St Thames with the BEST home made pies and excellent coffee. Good service, friendly atmosphere, clean and tidy surrounds. Have been back many times.

Magic first time there and l found a little gem.You just have to keep an eye on the cows.They seem to like the sugar bowl.

Pies were good but coffee was pretty bad… Not sure why the long blacks tasted like dirty water, could be just the beans itself as another cafe used the same beans and it tasted similar …
