We needed quite a bit of work done on our character villa. Sam was approachable, easy to work with, on the ball with the multiple subcontractors needed and got us a great quality result. He was also organised and accurate with quotes, handling variations and producing a detailed and organised invoice with work Breakdown. We saw some minor time delays but Sam was dedicated to getting us back on track, compromising and understanding on all fronts. A great experience, highly recommend!

Sam was recommended to us by my workmate and he didn't disappoint. He was helpful with the layout of the deck, especially the steps, because we weren't sure what would suit the space. Great communication and a really fast turn around from start to finish. We are extremely happy with our new deck and would recommend S.C Harris Builders to anyone as a builder you can trust.

Sam removed my old decking and replaced with a Kwila deck and supporting beams which looks amazing. Usually I have trouble getting trades people to come to my house due to its location but Sam arrived on the specified date and gave a comprehensive quote taking into account my budget. I was impressed by how quickly he could get the work done and now I have a beautiful deck ready in time to enjoy this summer. I would totally recommend Sam to anyone looking for a builder.
