Paul has worked with our wider family on a number of bathroom improvement and renovation projects over the past two years.What stands out about Paul is his personable, friendly and honest character. He discusses and explains things in a relaxed and understandable manner.Paul recently helped us with the renovation of our home where his work included all three bathrooms, the wash-house and entrance way.As with all projects of this type there are times where things are discovered that need extra attention - not planned. Paul went out of his way to stretch himself to complete this work too or was able to use his connections to get another traidie onsite to keep the work progressing.He committed to a timeframe and worked extra hours outside of what was set so he could finish the project on time. Paul's workmanship and skills have left us with great peace of mind after we bought a new spec house 2 years ago, with crumbling grout and poor tile positioning. I could not rely on getting the original installers back to 'patch it' when it comes to upstairs bathroom and water.
